RETURNS

ATTENTION

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. The return is your right and it will always be accepted if you proceed with your request following these steps.

• It is NOT possible to exchange goods for different sizes and/or models, so if you want to change with the same item in different sizes or colors, or with a different item, please make a return and then place a new order.
• Shipping costs for returning the items are covered by us only if the return is made according to the following procedures.
• Returns sent back using procedures or couriers different from those we indicate will not be accepted.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To request your return, login and go to ORDERS HISTORY. If you forgot your password please make the “Remind Password” process. If you buy as a guest, you can request a return on the REQUEST A RETURN. Please insert the requested data and follow the instruction.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

• Enter the ORDER HISTORY section and click the "REQUEST RETURN" button next to the order you placed. (Note: the "REQUEST RETURN" button usually appears 3 days after the order and automatically disappears after the 14-day return period.).
• Select the items you wish to return and complete the procedure.
• After confirming your return request, you will receive an automatic confirmation EMAIL.
• Within 48 hours, you will receive instructions to process the return.

After verification of the integrity of the product (as per General Conditions of Contract), the cost of the item/s will be refunded, while shipping costs will be retained by Heavy/Aqua Alta S.r.l.
